Vegetarian pancakes

Yummy! Try our quick vegetarian pancake recipe for dessert and you won’t regret it 🙂

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup of milk (can be replaced with soy milk)
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of butter, melted
  • Oil for frying
  • Warm vegan chocolate topping

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork or an electric mixer. You want to get a nice smooth and foamy mixture. Cover and let it stand for about 10 minutes.

Heat up some oil in a frying pan. Use about ½ cup of the pancake mixture to make one pancake. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side and serve.

Top with warm chocolate topping, strawberries, whipped cream or any other topping you like. Enjoy!
