Vegan Muffins Recipe

Vegan Muffins -

Hey Muffin, come get some muffins! Vegan muffins, right.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

  • ½ cup of flaxseed, ground
  • 2 ½ cup of all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp of baking powder
  • 6 tbsp of raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon, ground
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • Powdered sugar for decoration


Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Gently whisk in the milk, add the maple syrup and vegetable oil. Mix well with an electric mixer. Shape the muffins using molds and place in paper liners.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F/190 degrees C. Bake the muffins for about 15 minutes (they are done when a toothpick inserted in the muffin comes out clean).

Sprinkle with some powdered sugar and cool for a while before serving. Enjoy the vegan muffins!
