Delicious breakfast recipe for the vegetarians: Tomato Eggs with Spring Onions.
3 whole eggs
1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
3 spring onions, chopped
¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp of butter
Melt the butter in a frying skillet over a medium-high temperature. Add onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Now add tomato slices, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir-fry tomato slices for about a minute one each side.
Meanwhile beat the eggs and add to a frying skillet. Cook for about 30 seconds.
