Another sweet, original addition to our dessert collection – try the Creamy Vanilla Strawberries Dessert recipe, vegan style.
- 3 large bananas
- 2 cups of almond milk
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tsp of sugar-free vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup of fresh blueberries
- ½ cup of coconut whipped dessert topping
First you have to prepare the basic pudding layer. In a medium sized saucepan bring 2 cups of almond milk to boil.
You can use some other milk if you like. The taste will be the same. I have tried this recipe with soy milk and it was perfect.
Meanwhile, peel and cut a banana into thin slices. Add banana slices, vanilla extract and cinnamon to a saucepan. You can add some water if necessary.
Cook for about 10 minutes over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Add cornstarch and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour into pudding bowls.
Allow it to cool for a while. Top with fresh fruits and whipped dessert topping.
Enjoy your Creamy Vanilla Strawberries Dessert!
Talking about vitamins and antioxidants: berries are champions. Try our vegan mixed berries smoothie and feel the forest strength after breakfast!
- ¼ cup of strawberries
- ¼ cup of blueberries
- ¼ cup of raspberries
- ¼ cup of blackberries
- 1 Macadamian nut
- ½ tbsp walnuts, ground
- 1 cup of fresh strawberry juice
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- ½ cup of water
Mixed Berries Smoothie Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. I like to add a handful of ice cubes, but this is optional.
Add 1.5 cup of soy milk (or any other milk you like) instead of strawberry juice and water. Combine the ingredients and keep in the freezer overnight. This will give you a great ice cream.
Enjoy your vegan Mixed Berries Smoothie for breakfast or as a dessert!
