- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 pieces egg whites

- 1 large cucumber, cut bite size pieces
- 1 tsp of ground garlic
- 1 tbsp of low fat yogurt
- 1 cup of Feta cheese, cut into bite size pieces
- pepper to taste
Cucumber Salad Preparation:
Peel and cut the cucumber into bite size pieces. Mix with yogurt, cheese and garlic.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can add some pepper, but this is optional.
