- 1 cup of fresh cherry juice
- ½ cup of fresh cherries
- ½ cup of black grapes
- 1 tbsp of ground walnuts
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp of honey
- ½ tsp of ground turmeric, for decoration
Cherry Smoothie Preparation:
Simply combine the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into tall glass and decorate with some ground turmeric.
