Stuffed Bell Peppers: Vegetarian Recipe

This is one juicy-melty-stuffed dish with bell peppers. Or make it quicker and serve them cold. Vegetarian style!

  • 3 large red bell peppers
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ cup fresh parsley finely chopped


Wash and clean the bell peppers. Cut off the tops and remove the ribs and seeds. Rinse well.

Sprinkle the inside of each bell pepper with some olive oil. Set aside. Combine the Feta cheese, egg whites, sour cream, and fresh parsley in a bowl. Mix well.

Fill the peppers with the Feta mixture. Serve.

Useful tip:

Place the peppers in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 300 degrees F. Serve warm.
