Our salty donuts recipe is simply yummy!

Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 15oz (about 500g) of all-purpose flour
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients and mix well with an electric mixer until you get a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add some more flour. Roll out the dough to about one inch thick. Cut into 2.5×2.5inch pieces.

Preheat some oil over a medium temperature. Fry the doughnuts for several minutes on each side.

Soak up the excess oil using a kitchen paper and serve with a side dish of your taste.
