  • ½ pear sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Few cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup of wild berries
  • ½ cup of nut mix
  • ½ green bell pepper, sliced
For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • ¼ cup of fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp of mustard

Tip: add cheese cubes of your favorite assortment and enjoy this recipe, the vegetarian way.


Whisk fresh lime juice, mustard and honey with a fork.

In a large bowl, combine the vegetables and add the dressing. Toss well to combine.
