Fragrant and delicious, our homemade strawberry pudding is a light vegan dessert for all ages 🙂
- 2 cup of fresh strawberries
- 4 cups of water
- 5 tbsp of sugar
- 1 cup of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Boil the water and add sugar. Mix well for several minutes and add strawberries. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Add cornstarch, apple cider vinegar, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour into bowls and allow it to cool. Enjoy the vegan homemade strawberry pudding recipe!
