- ½ cup of lettuce, finely chopped
- ½ ripe tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp of sweet corn
- Few black olives, pitted
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of ground black pepper
