We have about all colors in the smoothie department, so why not add this yummy-looking, yummy-tasting Golden Smoothie?
- 1 large banana
- 1.5 cup of milk (any kind of milk will be great for this smoothie)
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of turmeric
Golden Smoothie Preparation:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and mix well for 30 seconds. I like to add some ice cubes in it, but that is optional. Serve cold.
If your smoothie is too thick, you can always add some more milk.
