The fresh summer salad is good for anyone, vegetarian or not. Try it!
- 1 large tomato, roughly chopped
- 1 medium-sized onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2oz Gouda cheese, chopped
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- A handful of parsley, finely chopped
Fresh Summer Salad Preparation:
Place the ingredients in a bowl and season with olive oil, apple cider, and salt. Serve immediately. Enjoy your fresh summer salad!
