- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- ¼ cup of skim milk
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- salt to taste
Remove the egg whites from yolks. Grease the frying pan with olive oil. Heat up over to medium-high heat.
Whisk together egg whites, cottage cheese and milk. Add some salt to taste.
Fry for 3-4 minutes, over a medium temperature, stirring constantly.
