Egg Whites with Cottage Cheese

Are you in a hurry in the morning? No worries with this Egg Whites with Cottage Cheese vegetarian breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup of skim milk
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

Remove the egg whites from yolks. Grease the frying pan with olive oil. Heat up over to medium-high heat.

Whisk together egg whites, cottage cheese and milk. Add some salt to taste.

Fry for 3-4 minutes, over a medium temperature, stirring constantly.
