Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh cherry juice
  • ½ cup of fresh cherries
  • ½ cup of black grapes
  • 1 tbsp of ground walnuts
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • ½ tsp of ground turmeric, for decoration

Cherry Smoothie Preparation:

Simply combine the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into tall glass and decorate with some ground turmeric.
