Our Vegetarian Butter Pie is a grandma’s style recipe, hearty enough to make you feel good and fill you up. No meat, of course!

- 3 whole eggs
- 6 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cup of milk
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 tbsp of ground red pepper
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line some baking paper over a baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl mix well three eggs, all-purpose flour, two tablespoons of butter, milk and salt. You can use an electric mixer or a fork. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
When done, remove from the oven and cool for a while. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a serving plate. Pour with one cup of sour cream. Set aside.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining two tablespoons of butter over a medium temperature. Add 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper and stir-fry for several minutes. Drizzle some of this mixture over the butter pie and serve immediately. Enjoy!
